Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Send Email to inquiry@autoharnesshouse.com to request a return. Returns are charged a restocking fee up to $4 (based on order total) and shipping costs cannot be refunded. If a refund request is made and can be processed prior to shipping the order, the restocking fee will still apply but shipping costs can be refunded. In cases where an item is faulty, exceptions may be made. Returns must be in saleable condition and refunds can take up to 45 days to process once the item is recieved by AutoHarnessHouse.com.

In general, technical support is available for the original purchaser until products are no longer listed.

Shipping Information

Economy shipping to locations in the United States and all US Territories (including Puerto Rico) is calculated in the shopping cart. The cost for a single item in the US is generally less than $10. Shipping costs for additional items will be calculated in the shopping cart.

Priority Mail Express shipping is also available at checkout. These orders will be shipped on the next business day unless a lead time is specified for the purchased product.

International shipping is available to most countries. Shipping rates vary by country.
